Using Aveniezon
Aveniezon is provided through the App Store. Your use of the app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page provides app-specific information and does not replace that agreement or your rights under applicable law.
Your content
You are responsible for the titles, dates, notes, photos, videos and other content you add, and for having the rights to use it. Keep separate copies of information and media that matter to you. Export and optional iCloud sync can help move supported data, but sync is not a separate backup.
iCloud Sync requires Premium. If Premium ends, sync pauses without deleting existing local or cloud data or changing your saved consent. After restoring eligible Premium access, check your sync settings.
Optional iCloud services
iCloud Sync for supported settings and entries is separate from Premium Sync Photos & Backgrounds. Media sync is off by default, requires your explicit choice on each device, and uses your private CloudKit database with the same Apple Account. Transfers use Wi-Fi unless you permit mobile data. Your iCloud storage, network conditions and Apple services affect availability. See our Privacy Policy for account changes, retention and deletion.
Timing and device features
Countdowns, reminders, timers, stopwatches, Schedule, Focus, widgets and Live Activities depend on system time, device settings, permissions and supported iOS or iPadOS behavior. System delivery and refresh may be delayed. Verify time-critical information independently. Nightstand and Keep Screen Awake can keep the display active; you can close Nightstand or change that setting when you no longer need it.
Premium access
Monthly and Annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase may be offered. All three unlock Premium while the relevant Apple purchase entitlement is active. Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase, not a renewing subscription. Available plans, prices and any eligible introductory trial are shown in Aveniezon and Apple’s confirmation sheet before purchase. A subscription that expires or a purchase that is refunded or revoked can stop unlocking Premium features. See Purchases & Refunds for renewal, cancellation and restoration details.
Apple and other services
Apple services used by Aveniezon, including iCloud, Maps and the App Store, are subject to Apple’s own terms. Features can depend on your device, region, app version, permissions and service availability.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in applicable law, address security risks, maintain compatibility with supported systems, or correct or clarify their wording. Each update must be proportionate to its stated reason. Editorial corrections will not change your rights or obligations.
We will publish the updated version and its date on this page. For a proposed change that materially affects your rights or obligations, we will explain what is changing, why, the proposed effective date and your available options. We will provide the notice required by applicable law before applying the change, including information in a form you can store and reproduce unchanged where a durable medium is required.
This section does not itself authorise additional charges, withdrawal of benefits already purchased or restrictions on your legal remedies. Any proposed change to the paid digital content or service must independently comply with applicable consumer law, including requirements concerning a valid reason, no additional cost and a right to end the contract where applicable.
Publishing a new version, silence or continued use will not substitute for any notice or express agreement required by law. Updates cannot remove mandatory consumer rights or retrospectively take away rights arising from purchases already made. Apple’s Standard EULA remains unaffected.

Updates and purchased access
We may update Aveniezon for security, legal compliance, compatibility or improvements. For continuously supplied digital content or services, changes beyond those needed for conformity require a valid contractual reason and no extra charge. We explain changes clearly. Where a change has more than a minor negative effect, applicable EU law provides advance notice on a durable medium and a right to terminate without charge within 30 days of receiving the notice or of the change, whichever is later, unless you can retain the unchanged, conforming service at no additional cost. Updating this webpage alone does not replace a legally required notice.
Lifetime provides the Premium access purchased without recurring charges. The qualification about future features or external services is not permission to arbitrarily remove purchased benefits or exclude required conformity, security updates or remedies. A genuinely separate future product is not automatically included in the purchase.
Subscription prices may change for documented changes in service costs, taxes or legal requirements. Changes apply prospectively through Apple's notification and consent process where required; you can cancel before the new price applies. A completed Lifetime purchase is not converted into a subscription.
Password-protected backups
In app versions that show password fields on Export Data, new .bnk backups are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from your password with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 (600,000 iterations), a fresh salt and a fresh nonce. The backup may contain the selected settings, saved entries and Memory photos; custom photo and video backgrounds are not included. Import asks for the export password before showing the protected contents and lets you choose what to restore. Authentication failure stops the import before saved data is changed. We do not receive or store your backup password and cannot reset it or recover a backup without it. Use a long, unique password and keep it separately in a safe place. Older app versions can create unencrypted backups, and newer versions can still import those files. A binary format or .bnk extension alone is not encryption. File type, approximate size and encryption-format information can remain visible. Copies already exported or shared are not automatically removed when you delete data in Aveniezon. Save or share backup files only to destinations you trust. Password protection for an exported backup is separate from the protections provided by iOS or Apple iCloud.
When Memories is selected for export, the backup includes its photos saved on this device. Finish iCloud sync before exporting: photos that have not yet downloaded cannot be included. Custom photo and video backgrounds are excluded.
You choose the backup destination and recipients and control copies you save or share. External services have their own terms. We do not automatically receive your exported files. This does not exclude our applicable legal security obligations or your mandatory consumer rights.
