Using Clenvra
By using Clenvra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use Clenvra's destructive cleanup features.
Clenvra is a storage-management utility. It is not a backup, archival, recovery, antivirus, or data-restoration service. Storage information is limited to sources and metadata that iOS allows Clenvra to access.
Premium and Apple purchases
Premium options may include monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. An option is available only when shown in Clenvra and in Apple's purchase confirmation. See Purchases & Refunds for billing, restoration and refund information.
For App Store distribution, the applicable license is Apple's Standard EULA unless a custom EULA is provided for Clenvra. These pages describe Clenvra's operation and do not replace mandatory consumer rights or the applicable Apple terms.
Your review and deletion decisions
You control which supported storage locations Clenvra may access and which items you add to Review. Destructive cleanup requires confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the items you choose to delete and for maintaining backups appropriate to your needs.
Deleting a cloud-backed file can delete the cloud copy and synchronize that deletion to other devices. Clenvra does not guarantee recovery. Recently Deleted, Trash, Recycle Bin, retention periods, version history, and recovery behavior are controlled by iOS or the relevant storage provider and may be unavailable or change without notice.
Storage information and cloud-only files
Clenvra does not claim to know an account-wide cloud quota, all files in a cloud account, System Data, or other protected iOS storage. Totals and insights describe only storage Clenvra can currently access and index.
For Files and iCloud Drive indexing, Clenvra uses metadata exposed by iOS. If a reliable file size is unavailable, Clenvra may leave that size unknown rather than opening a cloud-only file merely to calculate storage. A user-requested preview, or a separately enabled media download policy, can cause iOS to download or materialize content.
Provider and system changes
Apple, iOS, iCloud, Files, Photos, and third-party File Provider extensions can change availability, metadata, file paths, synchronization behavior, or implementation details outside Clenvra's control.
When Clenvra cannot safely verify a supported cloud file or authorized location, it is designed to refuse the operation and require a refresh rather than guess. This reduces risk but cannot guarantee that provider-side behavior, operating-system behavior, or every external change will be error-free.
Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clenvra is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. No guarantee is made that every storage provider, file, metadata field, preview, index, estimate, or cleanup operation will always be available, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory guarantee, warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clenvra and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from third-party provider outages, synchronization behavior, provider-side changes, operating-system behavior, or user-authorized deletion.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
Clenvra may update these terms as the app, supported storage sources, or legal requirements change. The current in-app version and its last-updated date are shown here. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, that requirement remains unaffected.
