These Terms of Use provide additional, app-specific information about Auriezon. Auriezon is distributed through Apple's App Store and, unless a custom license agreement is expressly supplied in App Store Connect, your license to the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it or reduce rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Purpose and permitted use
Auriezon provides personal time, countdown, reminder, Memories, clock, timer and related features. You may use the app in accordance with Apple's applicable license, device rules and the law. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of names, dates, photos, videos and other content you enter or import, and for having the rights needed to use that content.
Your content remains yours. Selecting photos, importing content or enabling optional iCloud features does not transfer ownership of that content to SQYTCH. You must not use Auriezon to infringe others' rights or misuse the app.
Countdowns, dates and notifications
Times, dates, countdowns and reminders depend on the information you enter, device time settings, time zones, daylight-saving changes, system permissions, background execution and iOS or iPadOS behavior. Notifications, widgets and Live Activities may be delayed, unavailable, paused or displayed differently depending on the device and system conditions.
Auriezon is not an emergency alert, safety-critical alarm or guaranteed deadline-notification service. Do not rely on it as the sole means of monitoring medical emergencies, personal safety, legal, financial or other critical deadlines. Check important dates and deadlines independently using an appropriate backup or official source.
Local data, iCloud and backups
Auriezon stores content mainly on your device. Some supported information may synchronize through optional Apple iCloud features. Media synchronization, when available, is a separate opt-in Premium feature. It is not an independent backup or a guarantee of permanent storage.
Sync interruptions, insufficient storage, Apple Account changes, device loss, incorrect settings, software defects, user actions or service outages can cause content to become unavailable or be lost. Where supported, changes and deletions may synchronize across devices. Keep independent copies of information and media that you cannot afford to lose. Because SQYTCH does not maintain a central database of your app content, we generally cannot recover it for you.
External services and permissions
Features may depend on Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, Maps, StoreKit, the Photos picker, local notifications and iOS system interfaces. The availability and operation of these services are subject to Apple's terms, policies, device configuration and technical limitations. Sharing content with another app or service is your choice, and that recipient's terms may apply.
Premium and purchases
Auriezon offers Monthly and Annual auto-renewing Premium subscriptions and a Lifetime one-time, non-consumable Premium purchase, where available, for features described on its purchase screen. An available price, purchase type and the features being offered will be presented before you confirm a transaction. Apple processes purchases and makes available the applicable purchase records and restoration mechanisms.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. You can review the renewal date, price and cancellation options in your Apple subscription settings. Canceling a subscription does not normally end access before the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's transaction status and any applicable refund. A Lifetime one-time purchase does not renew automatically. It is an entitlement to the eligible Auriezon Premium functionality associated with the purchase; it does not promise that every future product or separate service will be included, that all Apple devices will remain supported indefinitely, or that the app will operate without interruption forever. Any changes are subject to the offer made when you purchased and your non-waivable consumer rights.

Software updates and availability
We aim to maintain and improve Auriezon, and may release bug fixes, compatibility updates and feature changes. Some features may differ by operating system, hardware, country or version. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature remains available on unsupported devices or after third-party service changes.
Nothing in these Terms allows us to withdraw paid functionality or updates in a way that violates applicable consumer law. Where a problem requires a legal remedy, your statutory rights remain available.
Intellectual property
The Auriezon app, original code, graphics, text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws to the extent rights exist. Apple trademarks, system interfaces and third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you a right to use SQYTCH or Auriezon branding to impersonate the app or publisher.
Warranties and liability
Software can contain errors. Although we work to prevent and correct defects, we do not promise that Auriezon will be error-free or that every notification, calculation, synchronization operation or third-party service will operate without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Apple's Standard EULA, we disclaim warranties and liability that may lawfully be excluded or limited, including for interruptions or loss of content caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You remain responsible for reasonable precautions, including verifying critical dates and preserving separate copies of important information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility, remedy, legal guarantee or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for deliberate misconduct or other legally protected claims. The terms of Apple's Standard EULA apply where relevant.
Problems and requests
If you encounter an issue, contact [email protected] with the app version, operating-system version and a description. Do not include sensitive information unnecessarily. We will review reports and seek a reasonable solution, which may include guidance, a fix or directing you to Apple's purchase-refund process, depending on the circumstances and applicable rights.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Auriezon evolves. The date above shows when this version was updated. Changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights relating to an existing purchase, and notice will be provided where legally required.
